PRICE
Prices listed on our website, or in email correspondence, are £GBP.
We may change the advertised price of any product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order.
We will try to ensure that prices displayed on our website are correct at all times.
Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you of the product’s correct price, and you may either choose to proceed or cancel your order.
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted by credit or debit card, and the payment will be taken when the order is placed.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products or services will be correct. That the credit or debit card that you use is your own and that there is sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products and services ordered.
We reserve the right to obtain validation and verification of the authenticity of your card details, before providing you with any products or services.
Chic4baby is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
When your order is accepted we will confirm the acceptance to you by email, to the email address you have given us on the order.
Orders received at weekends or public holidays, and orders received after 12pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day.
The order will then be fulfilled around the estimated date set out in the confirmation, if there is any reason for a change in delivery time we will advise you by email.
AVAILABILITY
All products depicted on the website are subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the ordered product we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will reimburse your payment in full.
Delivery
Any times or dates stated on our website or confirmation email regarding delivery are estimates only.
Chic4baby will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the time specified, usually orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days (unless otherwise stated), but Chic4baby does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery is made around the delivery time advised, as delivery is often via a third party supplier or carrier, they can be beyond our immediate control.
Delivery will be deemed successful when the product has arrived at the specified address. No signature is required for proof of delivery, except where carriers use this for their own confirmation.
Products may be left at the delivery address without the recipient’s permission.
Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent, or the intended recipient.
Should delivery be refused at the specified delivery address, and re-requested for another date, or new address, we may charge for the second delivery, since we met our delivery obligations with the initial delivery attempt.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery note. Shortages must be noted at time of delivery.
If boxes look damaged on delivery we recommend the contents are inspected before accepting and signing the delivery note.
Cancellations
Please confirm any cancellation in writing, either email or post. Your order will not be considered cancelled until notification in writing is received.
If you decide to cancel the order after the products have been dispatched, we may charge you for the carriage of those products and any administration incurred.
We advise you check the status of the order prior to cancellation. Any charges incurred will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
Returns
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 30 working days of delivery, and receive a full refund. The return postage costs will be at your expense.
To do this you must first notify us by email within the first 7 days, of your wish to return the product.
If you are returning the product for any reason the return postage costs, for returning the product to ourselves or our supplier, are at your expense.
Regular wear and tear is not deemed a defect and the item cannot be returned due to wear and tear.
Manufacture faults and defects will be dealt with promptly and we will cover the shipping costs, for returning the item to ourselves or our supplier.
We will not accept products returned that have been altered or tampered with in any way.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
Return postage should be by recorded delivery, with a valid proof of postage. we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days, the refund will be made in £GBP.

We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, or suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or the services available through our website.
The Website is subject to constant change. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website.
