"I was a little reluctant at first to use this product as my 2 month old was quite good at getting herself to sleep, but the motion is so slight it acts more of a comfort and I feel I won't have to rock her to make up for it after she moves into the cot! The crib itself makes the nursery, it looks absolutely gorgeous. The space within the crib is perfect, a bit bigger than a moses basket and not as dauntingly big as a cot. "Stylish and practical"
"First things first this crib was unbelievably easy to set up, literally went from box to bed in 15 minutes. The look of this crib is simply beautiful, it is extremely well made and is of luxury quality. My 4 month old daughter was instantly comfortable making me wish I’d used it from birth. As she moved (which is a lot) the crib gently moved with her without any noise so soothed her straight back to sleep. She went from waking about four times a night to just one – heaven for me!
I particularly liked the fact you can very easily adjust the straps to raise the head end of the crib if baby has a cold or congestion. It is a great size offering baby room to move its arms without hitting the side and waking themselves up. I also really liked the fact it can be attached to their normal cot allowing for easy transition from crib to cot

"My son is just a month old as I'm writing this, and he's been using the Cariboo crib for 2 weeks now.
He's got reflux, and being able to raise the end of the crib independently from everything else is fantastic - it has helped him no end.
As the crib hangs from the stand separately - when the baby moves, they actually move the crib, which aids to soothe them back to sleep.
Amazingly easy to put together, a very stylish alternative to your ordinary cribs.
But the thing that I love most, is that you can attach the crib itself to the babies regular cot - so you can make the transition from crib to cot that much easier. Not to mention that it can mean that you don't need to buy the stand if you don't want to.
I think that the price is fairly steep for what is to be used until only 5 months - but if you can afford it, then I would highly recommend it!! 5 out of 5 for me. "(Kirsty,mother of two, review date August 2009)

"This is such a fantastic product. My daughter has only just come out of hers at 6 months old and because she was already in her cot there was no adjusting to a new enviroment. It was very easy to place our sound/movement monitor underneath the mattress which was a very important factor to us, as well as being easy to change sheets on. "The Gentle Motions Crib made me feel more confident that the little one was nice and cosy in his bed and not feeling insecure and lost going straight into a big cot. We were able to place/use the sound and sensor monitor pads (from our baby monitor) under the mattress as there is a sturdy wooden bottom to support your baby. My son slept in the Ezee Rocker until he was 3.5 months old and it was fabulous - the natural eocking motion was great and we could rock the basinette without the baby seeing us - he feel asleep many a time this way!" "Great Eco-Friendly, Safe Bassinet"
"It was very solid and baby was incredibly happy and snug in her bassinet for the first few months. It was simple to put together and lightweight enough that I could move it from our room at night to the nursery for daytime naps. The cradle material is completely machine washable. The zip and velcro system is very secure. The wood was beautifully finished and although Pinus Radiata is not a hardwood we have not had any problems with dents. We love our Cariboo and cannot wait to use it again for our second child"

Beautifully designed,rounded edges. Looks stylish in the nursey or the lounge. Ethically produced. and practical. The lounger entertained my little one and sent them off to sleep. Perfect.
