Returns Guarantee

• We offer a 30 day refund policy should you not be entirely happy.
• If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, then please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of the item.  Notify us of your intention, and reason for returning the goods.
• Manufacture faults and defects will be dealt with promptly, we will not accept goods that have been altered or tampered with in any way.
• Goods returned must in the original condition.
• Please note that we cannot refund customer used, customer damaged goods, partially assembled furniture, personnalized items or items made to order.
• Returned goods should be sent recorded delivery, with a valid proof of postage.
• We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged good on return.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days, the refund will be in £GBP
